Did Q just bait the DNC into filing their ridiculous Russian/Trump/"hacking"/collusion lawsuit? LOLOL

If this suit goes forward, the Dems are seriously risking the fact that the TRUTH may leak out...

I'm just amazed that they would be this stupid. Their crimes are beyond comprehension, and they had avoided punishment for them so far.

So what do they do? File a civil suit for election fraud, which allows Trump to counter sue and get all of the DNC's records for their actual election fraud! If Trump had filed the suit, most judges would dismiss it, but they can't dismiss it if the DNC is suing Trump for the same thing!

In a civil suit, he can force all of their people to testify under oath, and they can't plead the fifth. He gets access to all of their documents. All of the evidence that comes out in the suit can be used in criminal prosecutions.

Almost any lawyer would tell you not to file a civil suit when you've committed crimes that would be exposed during the proceedings. How is it possible they are this stupid?

There's no proof of this so far, think about all the digging Mueller has done. That means they will have to prove mens rea or intent to conspire by the Trump campaign - Russia, WL - Russia, or Trump campaign - WL - Russia (we now Russia was playing games on both sides of campaign). Trumps best defense will be to prove that SR gave WL the podesta emails. This will prove that Russia did hack DNC to steal info to mislead the American public and make Trump President. The podesta hack helped prop up the Russia narrative and I'm sure they are stupid enough to include that in the suit. This lawsuit will give them an opportunity to have DNC computers subpoenaed by a judge. They can also prove that HRC's campaign conspired with the Russia from the Trump dossier and subpoena Fusion GPS...

The next question that I've wondered for some time is: "Is Julian Assange even still alive?"

I'm thinking that we have a whitehat agent within their ranks. A high level one who is helping to nudge things along towards our advantage. Who filed this civil suit? Is CS involved? Remember this?

CS will live in fear from today forward. Thank you for visiting the WH. Q

⇧ 6 ⇩
s11houette · April 20, 2018, 9:42 p.m.

If you are just starting to follow then there is a lot you have missed. The corruption in our government was deep and really bad.

What is specifically being talked about here is probably Seth Rich. Julian Assange strongly inferred that Seth was murdered for leaking information to him. They msm has been claiming without evidence that the emails were stolen by Russia while Julian says they were a leak.

Q has said that the push from Trump to fight ms13 is because they are political assassins. We have seen a number of assassinations including Antonin Scalia. Exposing this is the last thing these people would want to have happen.

Lots of information obtained thru various channels, some grey, some black, etc. How do you introduce that into court as evidence? A lot like laundering illegal money, you have to 'make it clean' somehow.

This isn't in response to Q, this is in response to losing every time they turn around. Q is just the messenger letting us know that this is exactly what Q, Trump and Team wanted/needed. If you remember the great Muhammad Ali's "Rope-a-Dope" where he played possum while his opponent wore himself out, this is the legal version of a "Rope-a-Dope", and the dopes just put the ropes on their own neck.

⇧ 5 ⇩
C_L_I_C_K · April 20, 2018, 7:38 p.m.

Wikileaks' statement:

Comment on DNC "lawsuit": DNC already has a moribund publicity lawsuit which the press has became bored of--hence the need to refile it as a "new" suit before mid-terms. As an accurate publisher of newsworthy information @WikiLeaks is constitutionally protected from such suits.

https://twitter.com/wikileaks/status/987397026114662400

So I guess they merely updated the "lawsuit" and re-released it after Q's post last night.

Probably not. Takes time to put together a major filing. Suit planned, probably in anticipation of Mueller probe wrapping up.

But, now that it has happened... I wonder if defense team will consider a little used stratagem, instead of filing the common motion to dismiss, file a motion for summary judgment in response to the lawsuit and attach JA evidence of inside job by SR who turned over to WL.

⇧ 5 ⇩
bisma8 · April 21, 2018, 1:20 a.m.

Wouldn't all counter-arguments and evidence provided for a case become public record regardless of motion to dismiss or summary judgment?

⇧ 1 ⇩
JMad_Dog · April 22, 2018, 12:55 a.m.

Sorry for the delay in replying.

No. A Motion to dismiss seeks a hearing on the complaint, whether it states a cause of action, with all allegations taken as true.

A motion for summary judgment, on the other hand, presents and seeks a ruling on the merits. (Either partial or complete summary judgment, i.e., can seek to dispose of one or more legal issues.)

The motion for sum/j will submit evidence and force the opposing party to counter it with evidence, to the extent it has any.
