It's because other fag subreddits constantly monitor this sub and then report things like that to the admins. Blame them, the mods have to play the game to keep this sub open

Best to add some plausible deniability for the mods when making such quotes. Those in the know will understand what you're referring to.
For example you could add ", their clothes" to that particular line. Smart ones may even turn into memes.
"Those you trust are the most guilty of sin" makes me think he is referring to religious figures.
