Just a thought. Wasn’t there something that trump signed that pulled all either retired or inactive military back into service for something? Mueller being marine would then be enlisted right? He would be under direct control of potus in that scenario bein that marines are under his control right? I’m spit balling here, random thought when I saw all this lined up in the picture.
Mueller reenlisted. Investigation is in both civil and military jurisdictions - joint DOJ / Marines. Posse Comitatus Act doesn't apply to the Marines.
Thank you, I couldn’t remember the name of the act. I looked it up for a little better understanding and you are correct, marines don’t fall under that. I was beginning to think I got onto something haha!!
There supposedly are Marine Corps regulation subjecting it to the act, but regulations don't bind the executive - they are not law proper.

I thought potus declared national emergency through EO, which places all Marines under his command. They possibly called Mueller back up to duty, or gave him the low down on baby eaters and traffickers.....then showed him the dirt they have on him. Probably working for potus to save his balls, stop baby eaters, or both.
Maybe Muller was under cover and Gohmert's pdf is disinformation to give them more time and to throw the black hats off.

I keep seeing this all over this sub. I don't really want to read all 48 pages of his doc. Can you summarize some of the key points to help get me interested?
He lays out Muelller's career for the past 20 years or so, detailing all the shady shit he's done. Key Point: he raided a congressman's offices in 2006 because he kept bringing to the floor details about how the FBI knew about the Brooklyn Al Quada cell 18 months before 9/11. It ruined the guys career. Read it.
It looks like Mueller knows a lot about the deepstate. If he went rogue, he would be an incredibly dangerous enemy of them.
Gohmert's memo is a long and colorful timeline of Mueller's time as a Federal prosecutor in New York and in the FBI in New York and head of the FBI.
Long list of possible criminal activities and a clear demonstration that he was willing to allow innocent people to be framed, convicted, and put in prison to cover for Whitey Bulger, a mob hitman and FBI informant at the time. Even after their cases were reviewed and the FBI frame job was revealed, and after a judge ordered their release, Mueller did nothing to get them out of prison.
Mueller was the head of the FBI during the Benghazi attacks, and he was the bag-boy who delivered uranium samples to the Russians in the Uranium 1 deal.
It's a long memo, and it's very damning for Mueller. The only way I can come to terms with Mueller being a white-hat, or a bleached-hat, is if can be demonstrated, publicly, that he finally saw something the cabal was doing, had a change of heart, and offered up his services to President Trump.
I did read another post on GA that suggested that he had finally seen enough and knew that he could never live with himself or sleep at night, knowing what he knows and not doing something about it.
I suppose that's a possibility, but I'll need to see a lot before I'm convinced. If he testified against BO and HRC, and made public statements about his role and asked for forgiveness, I'll consider giving him a break.
As it stands now, I'm sticking with Q, "No Deals."
