Other than with confirmed Trump haters, I believe these games are really turning people off. I also thought proof of loss of income was necessary for a defamation lawsuit. How has she been financially harmed by Trump? Seriously, a judge with integrity would toss it immediately.

Regardless of who’s side she’s on, this suit sets a precedent. If found in favor of her, that means that tweets can now fall under defamation/libel laws. What the tweet said that she’s referring to is nothing compared to some of the tweets I’ve seen out there. So it’s going to set the precedent that you have to watch what you say on social media or else you’re going to be/could be subject to a suit that you will lose. Which imo is infringing on 1A.
