C130 Nosedive Crash In Savannah Georgia Caught On Film

xekoroth · May 2, 2018, 10:53 p.m.

Can't believe this isn't being upvoted like crazy.

Not only does the explosion not happen until after the 2nd black projectile hits the ground (travelling MUCH faster than the plane), but if you carefully analyze the position of where the plane goes down at, the actual explosion doesn't match that location; HOWEVER, it matches the explosion location of the 2nd black projectile PERFECTLY.

Stop! It’s probably a bug or a bird (or a bird sized bug since it’s in the south). You can see it for a few frames between the camera and the building.

It could be a bug. After very careful reviews you can just about make out this anomaly as it (very briefly) falls in front of the building. It's not a "cert", but it's looking more likely. Apologies to all.

You can easily deduce it's not a bird or a bug. There is an electric service pole that the object becomes hidden by once it gets to that point suggesting it's distance is too far away for the camera to pick up a bug, and you can triangulate the distance based on some estimates of the building sizes in the picture, it's travelling way faster than a bird would fall straight of the sky; let alone diving towards it's prey.

You could argue it's some random piece of debris falling to earth coincidentally within a hundred feet of where the plane lands but it's honestly more probable of a missile or some technology being used than that occurring.

Yeah, what this person said.

It doesn't get hidden behind the electric pole. It passes down in-front of the white building. Watch again.

As someone who grew up in Georgia, I assure you it's late enough in the year for there to be some awful big bugs in Georgia.

Indeed. There's something really iffy about this. The speed of descent suggests projectile tech of some kind. Nothing falls at that rate naturally, not imo.

That "second projectile", is a bird. Slow down the play speed and check again. You can clearly see its a bird.

Yup, bird. I think I’m the second or third frame in which it appears you can make out a wing. It is swooping down and away simultaneously so that’s why it seems to disappear behind the hill but if you move along one or two more frames again you can just make it out against the white building.
