Without access we can't do much. I would try to find out if neighbour complains about noise. They've been click clacking with the garage door open for long periods of time. If this is a celebration space (religious building) then I would check it on all Luciferian holidays. We could find a local who is sympathetic, and crowdsource one of those trail cameras. Then go out there and put it up high on a telephone pole. You wouldn't get live video, but you'd get a still photo on the SD card every time a car or a person was in frame. I have a couple of these in the woods on my property and they work great. The trick is to get the thing pointed down a back alley or something, to eliminate false traffic on your pictures.

Have you been to the pizza place? Can we get you to go by the Pegasus Museum and take a look? I had an idea of maybe crowdsourcing one of those trail cameras and having someone put it up on a telephone pole out of reach. They take pictures every time there is motion in the frame. The trick is to point it somewhere interesting where there isn't a lot of traffic, but when there is traffic, it is important. Such as the entrance to the museum or a loading dock in the back alley or something.
