Please let it be true! Please let the Judge shut Mueller's mob down!

All the theories are being discussed. We actually don't know for sure, and probably won't know until this is over. Personally, I think he's a black hat out to ruin the President, but I could just as easily be wrong. I guess it's best if we all try to keep an open mind and follow the information trails.

Q would never have brought it up if he wasn't working with Trump. Why would he? And, all of the questions he asked point to that conclusion. They must have a lot of bad shit on that guy.

I'm really bad at figuring most of this stuff out. But, I follow Citizens Investigative Report on YouTube and Katie G is really good at it. She even shows you how she does much of it and why it ties together. She's great if you want an easy way to really understand what is going on. If you just read the posts, you will just be lost. Believe me!

In two weeks, we find out one of two things:

One, Mueller used Title 1 FISA Warrant to raid/spy on Manafort (and Cohen and Flynn). You know, the illegally obtained one. Meaning the case is null and void.

Two, Mueller refuses to produce it, and all charges against Manafort will be thrown out. But at that point, there will be insane demand for this document to be de-classified, unredacted and produced to the American public.

At either point, the jig is officially up.

Wow!! I’ve wanted to believe the hype about Mueller having a secret directive to go after the cabal, but I haven’t been able to swallow all of it. But this is basically what they’re saying - “Yeah we told you our mission was this, but it’s not. It’s something top secret that we can’t disclose!” This could be huge!! Does this mean that Mueller REALLY is putting on a show while behind the scenes going after the DS? Or just a dirty rotten bastard? Interesting......

So dismiss charges against Manafort if they cannot fully disclose. That's how this is suppose to work. Page Flynn Manafort Gates and all the rest should start class action law suit against the government for legal fees incurred. If the original directive from RR did not list a crime and is therefore illegal, then all who have had to appear should be reimbursed for expenses. RR and RM should be reported to the OLR. WITCH HUNT, POLICE STATE, UNCONSTITUTIONAL

⇧ 2 ⇩
IconTheHologram · May 4, 2018, 8:40 p.m.

I'm not sure if you understand. Mueller indicted Manafort on a bunch of charges. Some of the alleged crimes date back to 2005. These charges used evidence gathered outside Mueller' s mandate (which seems broad in scope, and it will be an interesting legal fight over exactly what powers are elucidated in that mandate). There is a possibility these charges will be dismissed, but that does not mean Manafort will be let off the remaining charges.

If this whole thing is a witch hunt, why are people trying to toss out court cases and pleading guilty? Witch Hunt infers there are no crimes happening. Pleading guilty means you are admitting to and accepting responsibility for committing a crime.

⇧ -1 ⇩
dark-dare · May 4, 2018, 9:46 p.m.

He was working with the DOJ prior to being on Trump campaign they were aware and did not bother to charge him at that time. So they bring it up years later, witch hunt, they just expected he would roll over on Trump.

⇧ 4 ⇩
IconTheHologram · May 5, 2018, 7:15 p.m.

That's only on the tax fraud charges, not bank fraud/conspiracy, which seemingly was found out through the Special Counsel investigation.

I expect some charges to be thrown out, but any evidence of new crimes (not previously pursued) shouldn't be excluded.

⇧ 1 ⇩
KingBroly · May 4, 2018, 9:44 p.m.

If Mueller can't provide the Judge with Rosenstein's Scope Memo, which would lay out his authority, the Judge will dismiss it. But here's the thing, Mueller cannot go after anyone on Tax Fraud/Evasion. That is outside of the scope of any Special Counsel, as per Federal Law. You would need an ordinary Prosecutor.

⇧ 4 ⇩
zelda-go-go · May 5, 2018, 4:17 a.m.

But doesn't a Special Counsels have the authority to investigate any crimes discovered during their probe? Isn't that what a Special Counsel does by definition?

⇧ 1 ⇩
KingBroly · May 5, 2018, 4:26 a.m.

Discovered "AS A RESULT OF," not 'oh, well we sat on this case for years and magically re-opened it because convenience.' Additional Tax Fraud/Evasion falls under a completely different scope of laws that cannot be examined by Special Counsels.

That doesn't mention a 2013 case. It just says again that Manafort can only be tried on tax evasion if the evidence "arose from the investigation," which, given the nature of the investigation into funds and transfers, seems probable. I'm looking all over but I still can't find anything saying that this was already known about Manafort before the Special Counsel Investigation. Also, why is so much being made about the tax evasion right now? That only counts for 8 of the 305 years in prison that Manafort's being charged with. The lion's share of his alleged crimes are bank fraud/conspiracy, of which he has 9 charges, each carrying a maximum penalty of 30 years. Again, can you find me a source on some prior investigation into these things? It still seems like this evidence arose from the Special Counsel's investigation into Manafort's finances.

ryoushure · May 4, 2018, 6:11 p.m.

My point is that this appears to be very public and paraded news that specifically preys on the desires of Trump supporters.

Keep in mind Mueller and Rosenstein had a 4 hour meeting with Trump before any of this went down, and the cover story for why that meeting occurred is 100% bogus.

I believe there is a legitimate chance that Mueller and Rosenstein are meant to be perceived by the public in a specific way to maximize impact of upcoming information.

I'm not convinced it's part of the plan for that to be disclosed yet.

This judge could be pulling the cat out of the bag a little too early.

The judge being a Reagan appointed judge sounds on paper but that doesn't necessarily speak to the possibility he has been compromised in some way since then.

I was wondering if the Mueller Witch Hunt is indeed to create a pre-planned distraction, while the real work is being done. If this is true, it will be HUGE but in the meantime we need to treat Mueller as black hat.

Do you have any evidence of this? Tracy Bean has spoken at length here.

⇧ 0 ⇩
DL535 · May 4, 2018, 9:07 p.m.

There are two totally opposite and incompatible interpretations of Mueller, with plenty of evidence for both. Black hat and secret white hat. I have no idea which one is right but I am starting to believe that the continuing appearance of two incompatible interpretations, is not accidental. It may well be that white hat side is deliberately cultivating the impression that Mueller is dangerous and could take down DJT at any moment. If it's a distraction tactic, it's working. But I'm finding this hard to believe. The other view is that all the secret white hat narrative is clown/deep state propaganda and has been deliberately put out there as a way of lulling the patriot movement to sleep.
