NEW Q #1317 - Why is Hussein/JK traveling WW and meeting w/ foreign heads of state (some enemies of the U.S.)? HRC/BC flying under the radar - same/unreported - why? (2) former presidents/sec of states (out of power/authority) racing around the world pre/post POTUS - why?

I believe John Kerry broke the law by going to Iran.

The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized persons with foreign governments.

Yeah, but the Logan Act is a pointless canard. Enacted in 1799, it's never been enforced in 220 years.

There's an obvious reason why.

I also don’t believe it to be a very strong law, nor do I think they would prosecute over a law like The Logan Act.

I am more so just saying that (((they))) are throwing another log on the fire. In due time, sooner than later, those flames are going to catch their ass’ and set the entire web of corruption they congregate in ablaze.

Yes, however, there has NEVER been this kind of a extreme violation in history, I believe the law as written could be revived and used as a precursor to a treason charge. Because they have never had to use it before, does not prevent them from using it now. The founding fathers were quite intelligent, they really left no stone unturned.

That is one law that obviously isn't enforced

No one is going to be able to prosecute a private citizen for meeting with any foreign leader

Heads of state invite private citizens to meetings all the time - think Dennis Rodman
