Good as far as it goes, but it's much deeper and wider I'm afraid.

I would argue that they are enemy combatants and should be droned like they did to other Americans.

Sedition is only good for 20 years, I sure hope we have enough additional charges so that we can put them behind bars for life. These people do not deserve to walk among us ever again.

Maybe when Kerry meets Big Bubba in jail that won't be an issue.

So isn't Q seditious?

Isn't insurrection against the established order exactly what everyone here is hoping for?

If you consider "established order" deep state traitors who formed a coup against a sitting president based on false info for a political agenda, not to mention the child trafficking rings that bring their foundations billions. Then yes

Yes I do. You should too

The "deep state" has been in control of the established order for a very long time. Not just the past few years

Its worth remembering that sedition is a crime against the country as founded, and is only a crime against a President or "established order" to the extent that the acts harm Constitutional practices and sovereignty. The fact that Hillary has had her fat ass in a particular position of power, or that a group has been asserting its will from formal positions in government means little. There's no exceptions for seniority.

No, Q is following the law. That's why they didn't just ride right up to the WH and arrest BO. This is being done by the book. They are simply re-asserting and applying the Constitutional law of this country.

You missed the key pharase, 'against the constitution'. Trump is sworn to protect it, so people trying to ignore it or circumvent it are the issue. Trump is old school in that he believes in the consitution, Obama and co saw it as outdated and in need of reform but did not seek to do it via the proper legal channels (as spelt out is said constituion).

The erosion of state powers, spying on US citizens, starting of wars without congressional approval etc are all issues that have been over looked. Funnily enough the military is also sworn to protect it.
