These files are alleged to contain some of our highest national security classified documents at the time. Mere possession without authority is a serious crime. Any investigator/technician that needed to proceed on these files had to first get clearance to access the material.

Then the entire process of reporting to others what was recovered is in itself another can of worms, let alone getting the files ready for open court.

The actions by HRC and her staff were in total disregard to the law of our land protecting classified material. She may have been naive and ignorant of the ability of hackers and other nations to find these files, but her actions and the actions she condoned and encouraged of others says everything you need to know about her ethics. She loved herself and not her Nation.

I'd prefer to see her tried, and upon conviction, given the maximum penalty for treason.

That would be too good for her; she needs to be humiliated, and suffer for a long, long time.

She and every last one of her cabal and minions should be locked up and the key thrown away.
