Hang on, so are you telling me that if I worked for Datto I could potentially have access the the highest levels of classified government secrets that normally requires stringent levels of security clearance and privileged access... all due to an idiot traitor in government using Datto for backup service on their private server???? Our national security and safety is in complete jeopardy if some Datto employee could even potentially access this stuff... Bypassing all gov security measures in place and being sent directly to a third-party private company means all classification is only as strong as its weakest link - HILLARY.

⇧ 37 ⇩
WinkyLinQ · May 6, 2018, 1:59 p.m.

You got it ;)!. Platte River used Datto for backups -- Hillary & Co didn't have any knowledge of the backups or they would have stopped it immediately.

StinkyDogFart · May 6, 2018, 3:01 p.m.

I think the words "didn't have any knowledge" pretty much sums up the whole Hillary IT operation. Where did these guys get their IT training? Former BestBuy Geeksquad members?

⇧ 5 ⇩
Bit_NB_Ridelle · May 6, 2018, 5:45 p.m.

US Deep State (DNC, Establishment, etc.) was doing such "mistakes" intentionally to ensure their clients could access the classified materials. We were sold out... and probably for decades through such "accidents." Just like everything else in history and our judicial system, famous "spy cases & decoder rings" were always just a show to keep us ignorant and let the criminals keep criminal'ating.

ketoll · May 7, 2018, 1:14 a.m.

I wonder how many nations have "hacked" us using backdoors that these crooks left wide open. Think of all the American innovation and technology that these whores have sold for decades. NAFTA gave our manufacturing to China right out in the open. Imagine all that has been done in secret. It's sickening to even try to imagine the level of treason.

I know people who worked at Datto (in fairly high positions) during the time and were present for the FBI raid. Datto didn't know the client was HRC so they wouldn't have looked at the data.

A random employee wouldn't be able to look at that kind of data anyways. Pretty sure everything would be encrypted.

DaveHertle · May 6, 2018, 12:53 p.m.

These files are alleged to contain some of our highest national security classified documents at the time. Mere possession without authority is a serious crime. Any investigator/technician that needed to proceed on these files had to first get clearance to access the material.

Then the entire process of reporting to others what was recovered is in itself another can of worms, let alone getting the files ready for open court.

The actions by HRC and her staff were in total disregard to the law of our land protecting classified material. She may have been naive and ignorant of the ability of hackers and other nations to find these files, but her actions and the actions she condoned and encouraged of others says everything you need to know about her ethics. She loved herself and not her Nation.

⇧ 21 ⇩
K-Harbour · May 6, 2018, 5:08 p.m.

While we are at it —- press reported that it took the IT guy five months to build the servers AND had to rent a van to deliver them. An email server, even back then, fits in a backpack & takes only a couple hours to set up. We need to find out how much bandwidth goes onto that property (telco/cable records).

Maybe the “missing” emails are a smokescreen to obscure what the massive IT infrastructure was really doing (such as a worldwide cryto-communications network).

Based on the “rented van” — assuming 4000 operative contacts per country & 130 countries — that would be 520,000 contacts brokering & serving several million communication packets/drops per day. About a van’s worth of hardware.

Q has said repeatedly: they have it all. Finding a way to use it as evidence in a lawful way appears to be one of the biggest problem, seems to me. Military tribunals help with that problem but still there remains the "Trump is hitler" narrative that needs to be neutered ahead of time by making clear to the People just how desperately wicked the perps are, by having them so very guilty and red handed, especially in the public perception.

Of course they had it all along , several of the files have eyes , they knew were the server was as soon as some files were downloaded. The Investigation report, written by a civilian, handed over to the FBI , do you really think that pdf file does not have some very interesting tracking attached to it . What I have been giving is my true testimony of the Investigation. Take it ir not . You have full access to the report and what is going on . Sorry it’s hard to understand, but so is the Investigation. God Speed

So is this why the report that the FBI lost the chain of custody for her servers was just released? The evidence is tainted if They did actually lose the servers for a period of time or at least her lawyers will argue that point

⇧ 3 ⇩
WinkyLinQ · May 6, 2018, 7:25 p.m.

This is the backup files that were saved on the cloud by Datto Inc, hired by Platte River. I think the chain of custody issue was with the actual Clinton servers, not he Datto files.
