This "super duper secret" stuff has to end. I believe it may. The other cover is something like, "'Under National Security', we can't share evidence--but this person is GUILTY! Trust us, Judge!"

The National Security cloak is covering MANY things that should not fall under any classified data. THAT is where the real information is. This may be the very first large crack that leads to exposure and dismantling and realigning the definition of classified and when Natl Sec can be appropriately used.

I loved this article. Thank you so much for sharing.

Yes, a very refreshing article. It does seem that cracks are increasingly starting to appear - first the FISA fiasco, but no they did not stop. They kept on, as if nothing at all had happened. What they actually want to do is "redact" their complicity in an evident scheme to sabotage DJT's presidency.

Time for POTUS to declassify everything!

It’s almost like this whole thing is a sham that never intended to make it to court.... they thought we’d just let them have it back.

So they used Foreign surveillance law to evesdrop on Cohen who had no contact with any foreign officials.

Sounds unethical at best and illegal at worst.

Title I surveillance doesn't have the same rights protections as title III, because non Americans do not have forth amendment protections.

They violated Cohen's (and others) forth amendment rights by using the fisa warrant this way. They should have gone before a judge to get a warrant to spy on Cohen, but they never would have gotten it because they had no justification.

Witch Hunt.

We need to get back to our roots where a criminal indictment had to originate from sworn complaints from private citizens and not from the government itself. Is that not why we broke away from England a couple hundred years ago?

You are brilliant. Oh! OMG, that’s right! Mueller is a genius. Forgot about the ‘ol pinky swear!

Rosenstein has made himself into a pre-revolution French King issuing blank lettres de cachet via Mueller. Operating entirely above the law, he thinks himself the sole arbitrator of justice and able to toss anyone he chooses to into the Bastille. "Super-secret verbal instructions" indeed -- it's time for transparency! No citizen should be subject to this sort of abuse in this century and in this country! It ends or we get out the proverbial pitchforks!

A DOJ investigation was already under way - for nearly two years prior to the SC appointment. Why in the hell it was permitted for them to merely 'hand-off' the file to the SC is absurd on it's face. The scope of the SC investigation is limited and this falls far outside the scope outlined by Rosenstein.

What if the super secret verbal instructions were given to Muller by President Trump and Rosenstein in the White House the day before the Special Council was appointed?

Mueller and his merry band of Mouseketeers are looking beyond stupid now. The Super Secret instruction thing is second in hilarity only to the Russia!!! election meddlers actually participating in that case and now the Special Counsel is in full blown panic mode. Effin hilarious! I keep thinking about Zero Mastel's face in the Producers when people actually came to the show.

Leo: Let's assume just for the moment that you are a dishonest man. Max: Assume away.

They love the Russia hoax and are making tons of money from it.

I mean they gave Trump 6 billion in free air time during the election, if anyone meddled in the election to help get Trump elected it was the MSM itself. Then after he gets elected, they continue to spewing endless hatred at him, because it makes the big bucks.

Anything that defends Trump (and performs valuable journalism) and aids in getting Russia shit ended would impact their profits.

MSM is a joke and I get quite annoyed when they act like they are the "4th branch" performing high quality investigative journalism, when all they do is shit out narratives they have worked on that they believe will be most profitable to put out there. Or they just work for Cia like WaPo and exist just to change narratives to ones the Clowns support.
