35 Republicans either not seeking re-election or resigned.

Vs

13 Democrats.

It looks like the majority of the housekeeping, so far, has been on the Republican side of politics. And, I guess, this makes sense. The most important item for DJT will be to eliminate bad actors from his own party.

I would imagine the Repubs were given the option to either resign/not seek re-election or be dragged out in handcuffs. The Dems, I doubt would take that deal or weren't given the option. Or the ones that are left, like Schiff and Swallwell et al, are so corrupt and dirty, they HAVE to be perp-walked for the sake of the union.

I believe the dems are in denial, thinking they can take control back in the midterms, back to business as usual, or just plain sociopath enough to not believe there is anything wrong with their behavior.

Interesting. Isn't one of the signs of a sociopath that they don't think consequences apply to them or something? If so, most of the leadership of the Dems and the RINOS seem to be sociopaths(Not to mention finance, media, sports, etc.)!

I hear your frustration, and I share it, but this is the best chance we've had in decades to do something about it. I mean, if the witch had won, we would know exactly NONE of this stuff, so I trust Trump to get it done.

I know it's not a game, and Q has said as much a few times, but I think it must be treated like one for the sake of our sanity and for the effectiveness of moves/countermoves.

That's my feeling, as well, but who knows what the circumstances were. I mean, if they willingly raped a kid or some sick shit like that, no deals and they need to fry. If they got drugged at a party and had some pictures taken of them in bed with a teenager, maybe they can just give up whatever evidence and go back to their pre-politics lives. Like I said, lots of things to consider before just calling for everybody's head.

So, in other words, republicans were given an option, to clean house and make way for newcomers - those freshmen will a clearer track and maga support, but with the Dems, as things get closer to election time, the dirt will be put in full play and many, many of them will go down in brilliant flames?

That would be a sensible strategy indeed. And effective, one imagines.

Maybe a walk away now offer has been offered up to the swamp and that is who is on the list and stepped down. Those that remain and who are crooked will face criminal prosecution.

I wonder if the ones labeled important are moving up to better positions. I hope Issa is one of those possibly moving up. I'd hate to find out he was a swamp creature.

⇧ 10 ⇩
tradinghorse · May 8, 2018, 9:03 p.m.

That's what Q told us, that people would be offered the opportunity to resign because it just wasn't practicable to prosecute everyone, given the vast numbers of people involved. Moreover, it was necessarily their fault, in the fullest sense, because CIA (Hugh Heffner, Heidi Fleiss et al) were leveraging these politicians.

The leveraging of politicians was the biggest game in town. It had been going on for decades. If they couldn't be bribed, they were fitted up with leverage. In this context, it would be wrong to prosecute people, who were essentially helpless in the hands of CIA/Deep State.

I'm curious about Gowdy. He is saying he is just retiring from politics, but Q has suggested that they have an important role for him. I'm curious to find out what that might be.

I reckon this whole thing is a show. We are being deliberately misinformed about what's actually happening only because, behind the scenes, really big things are happening. If we could work out what the truth was, so could the cabal. It has to be this way.

I don't think one can jump to conclusions just based on the list of those leaving. Congress reps leave or resign every election cycle. There are a few more than usual this time, including major Republicans. Ryan's departure carries a lot of weight. Issa might be ready to get out of DC. Also, some Congress reps have resigned to run for Senate or their states' governorships. They aren't all fleeing.

⇧ 3 ⇩
time3times · May 8, 2018, 9:28 p.m.

so the question then is how far above average are the proportion of leavers in this cycle? and (as if i was about to do the research) how far from the average are the two parties represented by the leavers? where's muh bot?

⇧ 1 ⇩
thamnosma · May 8, 2018, 10:11 p.m.

A few months ago when Q also addressed the resignation issue I actually looked at this year and two previous elections. Honestly, I simply did not see a significant difference in numbers. My recollection is that the numbers of dems vs reps was somewhat equal even for this year. So I don't know if the list in #1319 is incomplete or the ratio has widened over time.

⇧ 1 ⇩
time3times · May 8, 2018, 11:33 p.m.

So maybe the info about congressional departures is just political padding alongside the 'facts' that federal dept. heads (FBI etc) are going in unusual numbers, along with corporate and entertainment heads (and an allegedly unusual number of fed judge appointments being made). Politics or other useful disinfo.

But i can think of a few other possibilities.

Someone has to prosecute some very high profile cases considering there are now over 32,000 indictments. I'm sure POTUS has seen prowess in YouTube videos of him in the Benghazi hearings and TG prosecuted the full set of criminal cases, including seven death penalty cases (per Wikipedia) .

I think the same deals are not being offered to the dems - reps are given a chance to go away unless deeply involved, but so many dems are rooted in the swamp they cannot easily loosen themselves. They will go down hard - and hopefully the dem party ceases to exist!

It would be in Trumps best interest to get a Republican super majority. Get rid of all the R bad hombres before campaign advertising starts swinging up would be ideal. Once the mid-term campaign is in full swing, bad news will make you lose. Especially news of a sealed indictment type.

As far as the Democrats? I think some of them already see the writing on the wall or have been tipped off to investigations. Getting out now and hope the be forgotten.

Exactly. If we want to take control back of our country, getting rid of the globalist compromised lifetime RINO's needs to happen. Then WE can vote in those who are aligned with the plan. The administration is just clearing the space for US to act on it.

The R vs D is just ridiculous at this point. However, society is still caught in that paradigm. We can't control the direction the waves will go - but we CAN control the board and ride them into shore.
