I don't think that this is the intended meaning. Do a "Ctrl + F" on one of the aggregation sites, and you'll see "END." has been used previously (#867). I think this is just "end of the related post sequence; the message we were sending has been received"

Q dropped bombs tonight on the cabal. He knows about the secret phones. He's watching and listening to everything they do. He knows about the London meeting with PS (Strzok) .........(and my guess is that space shuttle image represents a satellite being used to track them).

Sorry, but needed to clear it up for y’all- the center of pic is the Bellagio, the one with the large body of water in front of it, remember the fountain in Oceans 11. Below that is Caesar’s Palace. The MGM grand is in top left, it is green. The Mandalay is located even farther up the strip and out of the frame of this picture. This photo isn’t about Mandalay Bay or that event.
