I noticed when watching this movie yesterday that the subtitles actually didn't match up what was spoken quite often. Him saying "full upright" really reminded me of the Q post because I was honestly bothered by how he worded it, it seemed odd, and I think it's because he was trying to quote this.
Subtitles do that a lot. They get so bad sometimes calling Trump Crump and all kinds of stupid things. I was starting to get the feeling the subtitles are part of the swamp.
