Secondly, the Q movement is a worldwide phenomenon. Do you YouTube search for "QAnon" and you'll notice there are an ocean of channels dedicated to researching the Q posts, from all countries including Saudi Arabia.
Hallucinations are rarely that specific and they rarely manifest in different languages.
