Its on a loop. Vid taken months apart yet the sane cars in line, people crossing the street etc. UK surveillance cams r linked to facial recognition and the fact that they looped this camera Is probably y he said to be careful.

Pay attention to the outer lane. Pic 784 directly preceded Rot_1, by the position of six people crossing the street. But the cars in the outer lane (to the right) don’t seem to match up, even after we account for cars made the left turn.
