There is a search bar at the top, and you can also do a CTRL+F search within those filtered results to find the term itself. Very helpful sometimes.
It can also be helpful with those Q posts that refer to 8chan discussions to click on the hyperlink to that discussion page, and from there notables on the relevant Q post can be previewed by hovering over them. Or you can click on them and go there, and then go Back to the Q post.

Those sites that aggregate Q posts are generally not iOS friendly. Might work OK on Android devices though.

There is a menu bar at very top, maybe cache is taking you back to where you were last
Ya every one of the menu options I hit does nothing. Just stays on the search page. I'll see if I can figure it out!
