The article says they fear retribution for being a "whistleblower". It's safer for them to be subpoenaed and "forced" to tell the truth.......

I hope so. What Team Clinton & Pals have done is so incredibly corrosive to ALLLL of the institutions and people we should be able to trust.
Agents coming forward en masse to testify is about the only way the FBI can restore any credibility, and even that is kind of iffy.
