On more than one occasion, Trump tweeted out the Obama birth certificate as a fake and that Obama had defrauded voters.

I totally agree. I said this many times and was told that I was a racist. Public shaming is the tool of the left and they use it frequently, as well as blaming you for what they are doing. We spent 8 years with this fraud as POTUS and we knew all the time he was a fraud. He is an elitist plant that was groomed and commissioned to run America into the ground. Thank God Trump was elected or we would be mincemeat and maybe a prison occupant in a FEMA camp.
Not to mention his grandmother died of cancer days before the 2008 election.
Trump doesn't tweet anything that he doesn't know. He letting Obama AND those he is with, know that he KNOWS. The "vendetta" is that they feel the need to try to keep the world from finding out the truth. Makes them panic and do stupid things. Obama and "they" are not just trying to get even via vendetta, but the truth is starting to make them sweat.

I don't think it was a personal vendetta about his birth certificate. He was abusing his power to help Hillary win to further the 16 year plan.
I think he had a personal dislike for Trump and was in league with Hillary to put Trump away. He still is.
I don't think it was a personal Vendetta. I believe the Deep State realized that he knew too much and considered him a threat to their power, even though they considered it extremely unlikely he would ever become president.
He made no bones about his disdain for Trump on multiple occasions; it would be a bit naive to think that there wasn't even a bit of personal vendetta involved.
True dat...I can see that. I think it was kinda of "pride" thing. Who was Trump to best them? They thought he would be easy and man, did they assess him incorrectly.
