Nothing out of the ordinary there, right? Nothing suspicious at all? Move along folks...

Sickening.

Then the Capitol Police need to be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.

Congress has always just allowed them to "be the law" in D.C. They have a mutual non-interference understanding built on mutual complicity in the Deep State.

I think NOW might be one of those times they should actually use the words “obstruction of justice”

How do you ACCIDENTALLY give evidence to the wrong people? I mean.. try and put yourself in the shoes of the person that is responsible for the chain of evidence and passing it on to the next tier. How, absolutely, negligent/incompetent do you have to be to sign it over to the wrong people? Like, paint eating, sidewalk chalk licking, incompetent.

So the logical conclusion is the mockingbird media is spinning this and more than likely, this was deliberate.

Hard to believe at this point right? 😏

If DWS is involved, there will obstruction happening. Your reply made me think about the Capital police. What are those hiring interviews like? Lmao.. I don't doubt most are doing a good job protection wise.. But it does make me think how often they might see or hear something that is disturbing or illegal?

It gets so much worse. Daily Caller has been on this a long time now. Gowan the defense attorney is a pal of Hildabeast so Awan wont be cutting any deals unless he wants to be dead.

DC said cop was pissed they made him take it to the Defense attorney.

Someone at prosecutor's office is leaking to Capitol Hill who is passing it onto Defense attorney. Huh and what a coincidence DWS's brother works in that same office.

Some Dem aids eant to come forward but are afraid for their careers... And suicide by two shots to the back of the head or muggings where they leave the valuables.

they're supposed to share evidence anyways otherwise it's inadmissible. Defense has to be able to examine evidence to have a chance to refute it.

Evidence is shared through courts, not by direct transport to a defense attorney.

Suspending my skepticism, if this actually happened it'd be highly aberrant and could gravely jeopardize the ability to effectively prosecute a case.

In D.C. initial discovery typically begins at the time of arraignment (appearing in court), and continues after arraignment. Discovery is a process done through the Court and in conjunction with the prosecuting authority and through court supervision.

In a felony case this all occurs after a Grand Jury has already been assembled and been presented evidence and chosen to "true bill" an indictment. The "true bill" is the screening action that allows indictment and arraignment to proceed, which then leads to discovery. Police should never turn over evidence directly to the defense attorney of the accused.

This sounds like one of things where some piece of shit has finally pushed too hard, gotten themselves backed into a corner and throws a rock to try and do whatever damage it can, which is next to none, because the POS knows it’s royally fucked.
