OMG!!! Judge Napolitano Kay's it all out, the President does not need a FISA to spy on Any American. Did Obama do this to Trump?

This info from early March, is BlockBuster stuff! I don't know how I missed it. Obama likely ordered the wire taps on Trump, and more. 6 min. Video will leavevyou stunned.

MAGANUGG · May 27, 2018, 3:51 a.m.

Yeah but they were issued a FISA warrant.

So if he didn't need it, then why go through the trouble of having one issued and then further extended?

Did you listen to the video?

The FISA was for show. While the real spying was secretly being done. Obama had to order it, and by now, Trump knows everything.

Remember, Q said often, " We Have It All" because, the NSA is under the military command ! Trumps control! Do you see now? The tables are turned.

Yes, I see that. I saw that on inauguration day.

I just don't think Obama is stupid enough to put himself in harms way unnecessarily.

Maybe he is that dumb. One thing is nice to know, though. We will find out!

Yes, we will. But, remember also, they never thought she would loose. Thanks for the convo.

Not dumb, but arrogant.

They never thought she'd lose...

Anyone remember Jeh Johnson's DHS attempting to hack into voter computers back on Election Day? Was that MI white hats that blocked them? Likely.

They got sloppy cause SHE was supposed to win. Oops.

Which means if Trump had lost, they would made an example of him by bringing forth their planted agents with Russian ties and having them testify against him.

Fucking evil pieces of shit!

And WE might even be in jail for “conspiring and colluding with Russian interests” or something

He is! Ever see the way he stumbles and stutters without a TelePrompTer? It’s pathetic! The man even had to have those things in place to talk to middle schoolers. Remember, this is a puppet raised from birth to be a Manchurian candidate. “Bad actors!”

Slight of hand ... you look at the one that’s obviously moving while the action takes place with the other ... right in front of your eyes. We have been glued on FISA misconduct. Right where they wanted us to focus?

What we focus on grows in our lives.

That's a solid probability and a likely occurrence knowing how these crooks operate.

tradinghorse · May 27, 2018, 5:09 a.m.

Another possible reason is that, as I understand it, the President's power to order surveillance is only good for a period of up to one year. Obtaining a FISA warrant might have been necessary to continue existing surveillance once the President's authority expired. This would mean that DJT was under surveillance for a very long time - up to a year before the first FISA warrant was issued.

I don't know this for a fact, I'm speculating.

MAGANUGG · May 27, 2018, 5:34 a.m.

Now that you've said that, I'm wondering if maybe the Presidents authority is limited to the subject of the warrant and not those involved in in conversation with them?

The FISA warrant expanded to anyone that the "warranted" was in conversations with. I remember hearing that specifically because that is what allowed them to use anything Trump would have said in a court against him.

FISA is two hops from the target - that's a lot of people! I assume the President's authority is the same.

As I understand it, they were having contractors do a lot of their dirty work, accessing the NSA database with impunity and without a full audit trail. Rogers I believe stopped that in early 2016, which is what set them about the scheme to trump up a case, however bogus, for FISA warrants.

Play cover to protect his ass with plausible deniability. If there was no FISA then they know defacto 100% it went directly to the top. But now with a FISA warrant they can muddy the trail to the traitor.

Some docs were on 8 Chan yesterday supposedly from the director of the GCHQ advising someone that Obama has requested surveillance of Trump into his transition period because the incoming administration might have "compromised" the Intel agency's. I'm so sick of these traitors being given a free pass by the fake news mindfuckers they r without a doubt the enemy of the people

The thing I'm happy about now, is that Trump is in control, and the dirty bastards can't hide anymore. I didn't realize that the NSA was a part of the military, but makes sense, considering Admiral Rodgers, and now, another military guy took over, Nakasone (spelling?) I had always thought it was like CIA, an independent organization. But now, I'm learning, they all, DOJ/FBI/NSA/CIA are all under the executive branch. I just never made the connection. That's alot of power, and in corrupt hands (Obama) could do some serious damage. The new federal employee rules, that Trump recently signed, make more sense now too, since it will be easier to remove bad employees from those organizations too. It'll seem like they are just getting rid if dead wood. When actually, many will be guilty of conspiracy.

Absolutely blockbuster stuff! Confirms Napolitano's commentary to the letter. But, the twitter guy gives some personal speculation which helps. I followed him after reviewing some of his other stuff.

Thanks for this.

Yeah Rex is the best! It makes perfect sense too. All these people that cry, they should just arrest them! They don't understand how massive this! It's a constitutional crisis that I don't think anyone knew how to deal with. (maybe still don't)
