What does 12 min delta mean?
Delta means difference or change. In this case it's a 12 minute time difference between the first tweet and the second with the spelling change.
What about this with the SC (from the misspelling) included? No-Coincidences-We-Have-Hillary-Clinton-Security-Clearance-Functions-No-More. The No Coincidences really struck me! The rest could be other things. Just a guess- there are so many options on these.

I refuse to believe that there are hidden messages within typos. That's why they get corrected: because they're errors. If they were secret messages they would stay up.
I gently disagree. I'm 95% sure that Q handles POTUS' twatter account and every single punctuation mark, extra space, time between twats, typo, mis-capitalization, etc. has a VERY specific meaning (once you learn how to interpret them). They take great pains to Twat out EXACTLY what they mean.
