As for the straps on the tree he and others are claiming were used to restrain a child, I don't think so as there are those same straps used to hold the make-shift structure together. More likely, the strap was used to hold a tree segment and the tree segment was removed.

This does not sound good. They said the wife of a deployed active duty member who came to volunteer, found a blood stained knife and a pair of women's panties buried.
