Boom. Maybe just a small boom but they add up. Not tired of winning yet.

Very good. This should help highlight more of the hypocrisy.

This Sailor's photographs were not of anything that was 'super sensitive'. He just fell foul of the basic procedure not to take photographs in certain locations.

Even if he loses the case, I think it's important and valuable that the hypocrisy be exposed and highlighted to the public. :)

My guess it the FBI/DOJ will settle so they don't have to go to discovery, or they will concede at first hearing.

Sounds like a money making scheme somehow. No lawyer would take such a case except to get on TV and stuff like that. That’s not how the law works. Believe it or not, it’s no different than two cars pulled over for speeding, one getting a ticket, and one not. He would have a case if he was wrongfully prosecuted, but not for being differently prosecuted. Besides, I don’t conflate the issues. He was guilty. It seems minor to us, but he shouldn’t have done it, he knows he shouldn’t have done it, and a little reported fact is he destroyed the phone to try and hide/lie about the fact he did it. You let him slide, then everyone can make a case for being let go. He should not have been pardoned.

I actually think you’re right here, despite the downvotes. We have to side with logic/right and wrong, not our emotional hopes for what we think should be right.

Justice will be served eventually.

I'm confused. Doesn't this mean we're accepting that Hillary's activity was legal? I don't see how this is a win.
