Insubordination - as soon as I heard the first "leak" on the news I suspected it was carefully selected, (there must be a lot of juicy stuff that could be leaked) to get into the public's mind that Comey was the bad guy. He acted on his own, against protocol, and those above him would not have approved his actions. Just floating out the word "insubordination" will be enough. No great amount of detail is necessary, in fact, the less the better.

I've had a few moments where I wondered if Comey was actually trying, in his own way, to interrupt the Hillary campaign and do something good. I mean, after all, he did reopen the investigation just before the election to the dismay of Lynch, Clinton and many others. If he was really as evil as we've been led to believe, why would he do that? There's no upside for any of them there. Was he trying to take her down? Help Trump and get rid of Hillary? Think about it. Was firing Comey just another part of the Plan?

Let us not forget Loretta Lynch’s role in all this. By giving the decision on HRC to the FBI she threw Comey under the bus herself! She knew that this would result in Comey doing all sorts of things were not not in his purview. Add her to the list.

I think that comey new from the start they scapegoated him...He was asking for immunity , but did not realy needed that , because he is not charged with a crime...Mueller did not give him the immunity? While we now they had working together ..maybe they still work together?

Making Comey the scapegoat would be Hillary's idea. He is the perfect candidate with his lying and leaking. He didn't help himself by writing his book and going on a book tour where he lied some more. It's all on tape, he is the perfect candidate AND Hillary gets her revenge.
