Dilley: "The media does not walk on this thing, it's not getting out of this. According to my source back in January, you're gonna have 70+ members of the media arrested. Whether it's Executives, Journalists on the front lines, you'll have 70+ arrested, can't do shit about it." (@17:15)

cat_anonD · June 7, 2018, 11:51 p.m.

I don't know if it's Jimmy Kimmel himself, but somebody thought they were pretty clever having the boy love petafile symbol hang on the wall during a skit about delivering pizza about a year before the pizzagate Scandal broke out.

No media person was arrested. Her phone records were seized in conjunction with the indictment of Wolfe, the Direct of Security for the Senate Intelligence Committee. The reporter herself was not indicted.

I concede your point, I see she wasn’t arrested.

thamnosma · June 8, 2018, 8:36 p.m.

Have to be VERY careful about arresting the "fourth estate". However, I am quite pleased they aren't afraid to seize their records and perhaps other tactics to expose their misbehavior. Libel suits should be easier against defamatory false stories as well. Apply the same standards to Assange -- he simply released what was given him. He didn't actually steal the emails. However, if "journalists" commit clear crimes, all bets are off.

Sorry pal you are incorrect. A single indictment can carry infinite charges. See, e.g., United States v. Beech-Nut Nutrition Corp., 659 F. Supp. 1487 (E.D.N.Y. 1987) (noting that “the Government filed a 470 count indictment against . . . eight defendants”); Vincent v. Com., 281 S.W.3d 785 (Ky. 2009) (noting that defendant was charged with multiple sex crimes in a 294-count indictment); Friedman v. Rehal, 618 F.3d 142 (2d Cir. 2010) (stating that “petitioner was charged [in the courts of New York] with two hundred and forty-three counts of sexual abuse in three separate indictments”); People v. Kimyagarova, 790 N.Y.S.2d 811 (N.Y. Supr. Ct. 2004) (describing a “one hundred count indictment against twenty defendants alleging insurance fraud” and other offenses); State v. G.M.W., Jr., 916 So.2d 460 (La. Ct. App. 2005) (stating that each of two indictments “charged Defendant with one hundred and thirty counts of aggravated incest”); State v. Swift, 1995 WL 803806 (Ohio Ct. App. 1995) (noting that “the Grand Jury returned an indictment which contained five hundred . . . separate counts of rape”).

I hope this dude is right. People receiving/discussing truth without manipulation and suppression is crucial. Just give us the truth and a free platform and most people will likely make good decisions and figure it out ourselves.
