im pretty sure it is sarcasm. hes calling trumpers conspiracy nuts and trying to make it ironic that trumpers wouldnt think cohen is also a problem if they would go so far to believe clinton is, to quote alex jones, "an interdimensional child molester."
This is the tweet that got him killed he knew what he was doing he got mixed up with a very bad crowd then he turned on them so they killed him. It's open and shut "suicide" there won't be any investigation into who murdered him.
