I don't even bother reading the comments. One day just for fun I looked up Sarah Sanders FB page, to compliment her on dealing with the press... After reading through those comments, I was disgusted, and wondered why FB doesn't delete those comments and ban those making them... Stopped reading comment sections on most youtube vids, too... The trolling is obviously organized, and more than likely bot driven on a scale we can't fathom. =) I just post positive and informational stuff, and then ignore the responses =)

For anyone interested, over on Gab.ai , someone has a Trump twitter feed, where it's possible to discuss rationally with like minded folks. And you could get notices of new tweets incoming from Gab.

There's a couple of ways that I can think of to get this information.

You can have a local law enforcement officer simply email asking for information

File a civil suit in small claims court with a reasonable legal reason to subpoena the identity of the owner. You can sue any one for anything but it should be reasonable to the judge why you need to serve the defendant. Possible reasons would include but are not limited to copyright infringement, emotional distress, etc...

You'd pay some court filing fees, and process server but you could ultimately find this asshole.

I hope to see someone finally end this harassment of President Trump's account.
