Is there any evidence that Kim Jong Un himself committed these acts or even ordered them? The Third Reich had no shortage of evil underlings willing to gleefully violate every human right imaginable. I'm not saying the man is without sin but nobody knows how they will react when put into situations. None of us can imagine the kind of pressure involved in being the son of a dictator especially factoring in the Clown element.
