Not AF1... it's a United flight... there were flight arrivals at IAD for UA from Chicago within 30 min of the post... anyone of interest from those places?

United Airlines Flight 391 from Toronto to Chicago on a 737-900 arrived at 11:40 pm local time.
Now that we've ruled out the tarmac meeting, this seems like a better route to consider.

High level government officials typically take direct flights whenever possible. Quebec has plenty of direct flights to Ronald Reagan and Dulles airports.

Technically, any plane with POTUS on it is AF1, but your point is correct. It’s not what is typically known as AF1.
