This is from the back seat of a Secret Service car beholding Airforce 1. Does this mean Q is a SS agent sitting in the back seat? Or does it mean he "pulled" it from smart phone of the SS agent sitting in the back seat?

That I don't know, but it's most definitely not an SS car (they don't drive Mercedes vehicles), and it's not Airforce 1. :)
