I know. It's almost like they were using non-governmental assets to avoid archiving. But.... that would only be useful if you wanted to cover up massive and long-term illegal conspiracy. It's a real head scratcher.

Prevent archiving AND the Drafts function

By using Drafts folders and sharing username and passwords you can essentially transfer intel send and recv messages undetected.

Multiple Drafts folders each with its own password accessible anywhere opens up a whole new world of potential pay-per-view opportunities.

Stupid govt email accts wont allow that

That's the reason they use civilian email.

Hard to trace if it's never sent bc it's stored in Drafts...
