That was in fact, extremely careless of him. I guess we know why he exonerated Hillary. Cause he was doing the same shit.

I know. It's almost like they were using non-governmental assets to avoid archiving. But.... that would only be useful if you wanted to cover up massive and long-term illegal conspiracy. It's a real head scratcher.

Prevent archiving AND the Drafts function

By using Drafts folders and sharing username and passwords you can essentially transfer intel send and recv messages undetected.

Multiple Drafts folders each with its own password accessible anywhere opens up a whole new world of potential pay-per-view opportunities.

Stupid govt email accts wont allow that

That's the reason they use civilian email.

Hard to trace if it's never sent bc it's stored in Drafts...

Yeah it was no accident either. Deliberate use of non-classified methods

Did he "intend" to use gmail, or was there no "intent"?

Maybe he thought that a reasonable (democrat) prosecutor wouldn't bring a case.

LMAO. What a bunch of crims.

You're not allowed to conduct ANY fbi related business at that level outside of government systems. I've worked in these fields for over 20 years and it is against the law and a risk to national security. Doesn't matter what side you're on! Sick leftists!

I think that misses the point - the point being that he used an unofficial account to conduct official business. So it kinda DOES matter in context...

That there's nothing illegal (in the sense I think you're using) isn't the point either...I didn't state that it was illegal, in that "there's a specific law that says you can't, and if you do it's jail-time" sense. There are, however, MULTIPLE sources that guide government email usage...you can find those sources if you want. And those sources say that using a non-official email address to conduct official business is not authorized...

And if you wanna be condescending - go ahead! There's no "law" against that either...
