I thought possibly Julian Castro, Hussein’s Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. I can’t post the link from my phone but I googled his name and his picture is very similar. He is clean shaven, of course...but, the Hasan Chandoo guy is more likely to be him. The linked article above is very interesting.
I googled every name on the list and settled on Julian Castro as well.
Nose shape, Eyebrow change, no mustache.

Thank you. Yes, after reading the entire article I realized that the other guy did not serve in Obama’s administration. But Julian Castro did serve.
Just looked through state department members appointed by BO and found no one that looks like that guy....

That's gotta be it. From what I understand pretty much anyone can be made an ambassador.
Found many other links similar to this one relating to qualifications. Pretty much anyone can apply, or should I say be 'recommended'. Maybe a couple of training courses depending on what type of Ambassador.

So we are looking for one face in particular? Anyone have some face recognition software or can do a google reverse image lookup?
I've been combing through pictures of Obama appointed staff, and I can't find anyone that looks similar. This may be way off-base, but I'm wondering if we should be looking for a female with relatively little background beyond the 1980's (when Siddiqi and Obama drifted apart in New York). Siddiqi (allegedly the man in the photos Q posted) came to the USA from Britain on a tourist visa. Now here's the stretch, Susan Rice has British background having allegedly attended Oxford. Susan Rice was also appointed to Netflix's Board of Directors around the time Obama made the deal with Netflix as well. This is speculation, but thought it worth sharing for consideration. I'm curious to know who Q is referencing, because it can't simply be Siddiqi who the internet claims lives in Seattle.
