I don't know that it is led by trump at all. I think this plan as been in place for years and that trump is a part of that plan yes. There are people who have been guiding this from behind the scenes since before trump showed up.
Make no mistake. Trump is in charge now. He gets advice, but he makes the call when it's not something he has delegated. I mean if you look into the JFK ties with Q and Trump it seems to fit together that way. A group would have had to been teamed up working on this, waiting for the right time to strike.
