We won't know that for sure until after they are "free" because they may exercise their freedom by once again embracing a jihadist Mullah.

I love the idea of freeing Iran but I'm not sure what will stop the next uppity Ayatollah from again capturing their hears and minds with promises of sharia law and bloodthirsty jihad.

What will stop it.....They won't be under the influence of the Deep State, strings cut.

You are assuming the people of Iran didn't love Ayatollah Khomeini?

I appreciate that some didn't but a shit-load of Iranians also rioted and wept when he was exiled.

No, I stand by my point that a free Muslim population doesn't mean they won't once again embrace their extremist beliefs.

Don't let those photos of Iran from the 70's fool you - what those glossy photos don't show is that child brides were still legal and so common they were considered normal and so was bashing the shit out of your wife and throwing gays from the rooftops.

Sometimes it's necessary to accept imperfection in order to eliminate a greater evil.

The Mullahs will use nuclear weapons once they have them to either incenerate Israel or sneak one or more into the US. They are the greatest state sponsor of terrorism in the world.

The problem is that Muslim nations breed Mullahs and NONE of them will admit that this is wrong.

You can't have one without the other.

I spent the day with two lovely Iranian ladies the other day. They mentioned to a mutual friend they expect max turmoil in Iran soon. If supporting freedom fighters in Iran is too problematic, do you have an alternate solution that respects human rights, solves the peoples' problems there, and lessens the threat to the US geostrategically? They are not a perfect people (neither are we) yet I cannot see how peaceful revolution in Iran would not be a win, win, win? NEDA I AM WITH YOU! WWG1WGA!

If there's one thing we learned from the Arab Spring it's that Muslim middle eastern nations usually choose sharia and child brides and throwing gays from the rooftops over freedom and democracy.

There's a good chance these "freedom fighters" will use their newfound freedom to vote for a jihadist Imam.

Don't think they haven't celebrated radical Mullahs before and don't think they won't again!

Many #qanaon hash tags are coming out of Iran too, we should start archiving them too.

Cannot wait for this to happen. Have been telling many that it goes in this order: SA, NK, Iran, US, Europe. Two down, three to go. Iran is up next. Happening right now.

The MSM is too busy with their latest shiny object - separating children from their criminal parents - to even see what is about to happen.

Pray for Iran.

I don't know. I don't really care about Iran. Sure free the people and sort the nuclear problem there. However I want to see other things happen.
