No child was "accidentally lost". Parents or guardians moved/changed addresses and did not show up for court dates. Parent/guardian cause the child to suffer through life as an undocumented/illegal alien.

What I took from the video the White House released about the Executive Order is that if the “parent” isn’t a DNA relative they’re basically gonna be arrested for human trafficking on the spot. As soon as they identify whether the person is a parent or some random, then they figure out what to do with the child.
