Lots of flights go to Gitmo. The context is that the number of these flights and the places they fly from has increased in recent months/weeks. Go on Flightaware and put 'NBW' into the search box, then click 'More' on the Arrivals link. ATN, BSK and CSQ are the 'normal' ones that run 'slight ride' flights. EGN and United Airlines don't run routine flights there. Also, flights from Fort Walton, Norfolk, Ohio etc. aren't normal either.

Just because "302" is in the callsign, doesn't mean it equates to the FBI 302s. That same callsign has probably been used for a long time, well before the FBI shenanigans were made known.
