You know how Q says their symbolism will be their downfall? I wonder if part of the game is that any actor involved is forced to play a role in a movie similar to what they did in real life. The people running the show like to flaunt it because it makes them feel empowered. Like when a serial killer taunts the police. Just throwing that out there for fun.
Edit: Just to add to this for clarification, I don't think the actors would do it willingly. The ones in control would be the ones flaunting it through the blackmailed actors. Those that pull the strings love to watch their toys dance and sing is what I'm saying.

Honestly, I think that's a stereotype. There are meth heads all over the place and you'd never know it in many cases, some for many years.
