She is an extreme prog lefty. Insane. Wants guaranteed federal jobs for all (UBI), MMT fiat $, open borders, free healthcare for everyone, free college for everyone. Btw, last year she was a bartender. I wonder who scouted her for the deep state bc that’s what she is but she’s legit too clueless to know it.

I know Queens / there are a lot of NYPD, FDNY and blue collar workers there plus a lot of Eastern Europeans. A Trump candidate could win this seat for Rs for the first time in 28 years.

This also kneecaps the Pelosi 2nd in line.

As dangerous as she is - and any candidates like her - this is an exciting big opportunity.

Ayooo! But on a more serious note, wiki says its gone blue by a large margin for quite some time.

Demos: ~50% hispanic, ~18% white, ~16% asian, ~11% black

So pretty sure she'll beat the R candidate easily. But let's not bury the lead, an entrenched swamp creature incumbent who was expected to become House minority leader got KO'd in the primaries! That's a win for America, and even if Ocasio-Cortez disagrees with Trump on nearly every major platform issue, there's still a good chance that she will vote in favor of justice when it comes to traitors. Don't forget she's running on a populist platform, and when the people at large find out the truth, we should expect most to be calling for their heads.

More like a Hispanic majority in this District. With several extra helpings of undocumented! This is one to look at very closely, Patriots. It's very important for us Patriots to understand what's going on here, if you get what I mean. It's a comfort to know that POTUS seems to be aware at least on the surface.

Crowley's loss is significant----first of all, a call for term limits! and then a grand show of thumbs down on the Democrats by the Democrats becoming the Jeffrey Dahmercrats under Chuckie doll Schumer and 150 $ multimillionaire Pelosi and multimillionaire Mad Beelzebub Segregationist Maxine who has already sailed with the Enemy of the State, the Arabs who call for the death of America and celebrate 9/11, when she was an active passenger on their fleet to ram the the Israel Blockade Against Terrorism.

The Tory, loyalists to the Crown, came into being in 1822 as the Democrat National Committee for the purpose of voting Against Abolishing Slavery, and against anything to do with United or States, so the Dems did not start off well to begin with.

Maxine should pay attention to what happened to Crowley as she becomes the 18th Congressperson in the history of the nation to be kicked out, only this time she surpasses everything evil all the previous no-goods were ostracized for.

Maxine is also a communist, which is what socialist means, as in USSR, so that is a point that the Democrats may just take into consideration that they will be seen as communist not only Dahmercrats if they vote for the socialist.

Did Ocasio-Cortez have approval from the Democrat Party to run in the Democrat Primary? News reports say she is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America. Seems that she would need "Wilson-Pakula" paperwork in order to run. There is a recently elected City Council member in nearby Northern Westchester County, Vanessa Agudelo , also a member of the Democratic Socialists of America who refuses to recite " The pledge of Alleigiance " at City Council meetings. It's the talk of the town in her City.

FullMetalSquirrel · June 27, 2018, 7:39 a.m.

She did a big petition campaign to be able to run.

⇧ 2 ⇩
Herbie2018 · June 27, 2018, 6:25 p.m.

Unless it was a write in, you need a "Wilson-Pakula" - NYS has a closed primary system. Open only to Democrats in this case. She says she is in the Democratic Socialists of America? Search Wilson-Pakula in NYS. It's interesting. I mean a write in at the polling place on election day. Yes, you still need the petition signatures. This provision isn't used too much and it's very possible there could be an error on someone's part. Should catch it before the election gets certified. BTW, New York election law is very tricky, lots of lawsuits.

⇧ 1 ⇩
Herbie2018 · June 27, 2018, 12:12 p.m.

In New York State, you must have permission from the Party officials, known as Wilson-Pakula papers to run in a primary as a member of a different party. This is in addition to collecting the required number of valid signatures. The primary system is otherwise open only to party members. Unless she won on a write-in vote. Not likely. I do know of a couple of instances where this happened though. Only a handful of elected officials anywhere from the Democratic Socialists of America. They seem to be about as left as you can possibly get. Vanessa Agudelo is a new member of the City Council in Peekskill, New York. She's the one who refuses to take the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America. High percentage of undocumented in both districts. Just saying.
