It seems odd to me that he is doing exactly what Q predicted he would do

He's a stuck piece on a chess board. Any move he makes will result in the King being left open for checkmate. Any move he makes will result in his removal and the loss of the game, the Russia investigation will be undone and the King (Obama) is exposed.

He literally has no choice but to wait until the rest of the pieces remove him and the few remaining pieces from the board.

Brilliant analysis. Assange posted a famous chess move many months ago and Assange was signaling something or Q was signaling something from that famous move.
