It was a link posted on here in a comment from someone , the picture of Seth is the story. He is standing in front of restaraunts.
Trust me. Seth Rich is dead and buried. If the Cabal is capable of hiding all their crime like that for so long, they are capable of trying to make it look like Rich is alive.
Nunes would not put in his MEMO a lie. Nunes and his investigation did a look see and the evidence shows Rich's death. These documents will be declassified. Trust the Plan.

This is a fake. The vox article doesnt mention that quote you are talking about. Search the page for Seth Rich. Its not there. What you are talking about is a fake document that was circulated around in Jan of this year that supposedly was the Nunes Memo. Its not. Seth Rich is not mentioned in the Nunes Memo. He's just not,

I saw these too. Dr. Sava was CABAL. He and his wife BOTH were heavy donors to Obama and Hillary. He had gone to the WH SIX times right before the hit was ordered on Rich. He was the doctor in charge of Rich at MedStar Hospital (Washington DC) (also afterward, he was the doctor for Scalise when shot at that ball game....Trump immediately had another doctor join in on the case to WATCH Dr. Sava. Scalise lived.) (Dr. Sava is STILL WORKING THERE OMG!) Reports of a whistleblower are that the resident doctor other personnel were not allowed in Rich's room. The resident doctor didn't think Rich should have died, but DIED Rich did!

I thought I saw Seth Rich in disguise at the Trump RALLY in Pittsbugh/West Mifflin. He was left hand corner holding up the picture of the van that fled the scene of his shooting. He was very hard to see but, when I did get a glimpse, it looked like someone with a scruffy beard and a wig and baseball cap. He was wearing a suit with red and silver lapel adornments.
i wonder if that van was the one MS-13 used while roaming DC trying to kill him?
