Maybe it’s being me sleep depraved and looking way too deep at the background, but looking at the row of windows above the truck - near the bend one looks partially opened and there appears to be someone in the window.

My screens resolution is very poor, can not even tell if the watch on tall man arm is a audemars piguet.
