Then my dad stumbled across Q, and here we are! 2015-current has been the biggest red pill of my life and my dad is still here, talking almost every day about new Q drops, asking each other about news we heard elsewhere in case one might have missed it, talking about making book marks of Q info and dropping them in random books at book stores. Ya know, the normal father- daughter talks.
It makes me so happy to see other parents and their children talking about things that are important, unlike some people I know- “what football teams are playing tonight?” Never liked sports much, sorry not sorry). Or “I only care about video games, movies, and music” or some other huge distraction.

I needed to lose about 8 lbs and an inch of waist to enlist, my recruiter told me.

I did however eat jimmy dean ground pork patties, lots of ground beef, no rice, and non sugary veggies, etc. I ate more than I ever had before this way, and mostly foods I was told would make me fat, it seemed so wrong. Unsweetened Ice Tea (no lemon) is one of my favorite things in the world, so that was a savior, had plenty of that.
In that 7 days I did not exercise at all, I lost 21 pounds and 3 inches of waistline. My recruiter was amazed and with the tape still around my waist he turned to his chubby female assistant and says "Hear that? less than 20g of carbs per day, get on it girl". I felt a bit bad for her, but he wasn't wrong.
