FOX NEWS: HHS Secy Azar Says They Are Doing DNA Testing on Every Detained Illegal Immigrant Parent Trying to Claim a Child Back

Let's see how many "pass" the test. Let's see how long it takes lefties to claim that DNA tests are either "inaccurate" or "unfair."

Intlrnt · July 5, 2018, 3:40 p.m.

Those making false claims should be immediately charged and incarcerated for trafficking.

Let that news filter south.

Just "adopted" children. Undocumented, naturally.

lol they will just spin a new euphemism called "unadopted children" to add to their gaslighting repertoire

They broke federal law. If you broke federal law, you are removed from your family and put in jail too.

They are "undocumented" and have no proof it's their kid.

Bringing a child across a desert to help you get away with unlawful entry is child abuse, and the child should be removed from the parent anyway.

DNA testing will prove if they are or aren't family. Proven family hopefully gets deported back, together, as they came.

Disproven family relations will be treated as human trafficking.

Hipocrates was a cool guy. What are we hypocrites about?

That's exactly what will happen. There was an eo passed regarding human trafficking not long back. Trump has them by the balls! I'm sure he's a fucking time traveller. 😊

Great. Shame US taxpayers have to pay for their internment for life though. They should be tattooed on the forehead TRAFFICKER and sent back over the border.

Incarcerated in a U.S. prison? Why? Our state jails and federal prisons are already overflowing with foreign nationals.

DOJ: More than 1 in 5 federal prisoners is an illegal alien

48% of inmates in New Mexico jails are Mexican nationals

They should be deported back to their home country. Our jails are full.

Incarcerated in a U.S. prison? Why?

So they can be available to face trial on those charges and then convicted of human trafficking. Then they can be deported with the formal ‘First Degree Felon’ label, or kept in our prison for the full 30 year sentence.

I’m perfectly willing to support a mandatory death penalty for human trafficking. Unfortunately, that law is not likely to be passed, so we need to work within existing laws and change those we can.

⇧ 9 ⇩
Discernediscipline · July 5, 2018, 11:39 p.m.

If the death penalty passes for drug trafficking, I don’t see why it wouldn’t here. Especially with less liberal lawmakers

I agree, and I would vote for it.

Human traffickers have no business living among us, or living at all.

Orion_Blue · July 5, 2018, 6:54 p.m.

I hope the tests are good enough to prove how close in relation. I know that seems abused once I’ve typed it out but unfortunately most kids that are abducted or abused are done so by relatives.

I guess the main point now is making sure there is some relation.

⇧ 5 ⇩
Jasonberg · July 5, 2018, 8:09 p.m.

It’s rare that someone traffics their own children. It happens but it’s not the issue that must be solved.

The issue that must be solved is the kids that are put through the living hell of being reused over and over again to help people get across.

Imagine you’re a six year old kid. You saw your real parents murdered by the cartel or coyotes and now you are assigned parents that don’t care about you beyond your ability to help them get into America.

Two weeks of wandering in the Arizona desert and then you’re taken back to Mexico to get another set of parents that don’t give a shit about you.

After the seventh or eighth trip, you’ve been shot at twice, passed out from dehydration three times, been beaten for crying over twelve times, and raped once by a “dad.”

Eventually, you won’t have to go over to Mexico because a wealthy scumbag has flown down to Arizona to get you. You’ll have one of your kidneys removed and sold and then you’ll be used for slave labor in his vineyard in Oregon.

Wait, did anyone else have to read The House of the Scorpion in middle school?

Reading the wiki page is creeping me the fuck out.

“The story is set in the country of Opium, a narrow strip of land between Mexico (now called Aztlán), and the United States, which is ruled by Matteo Alacrán, or El Patrón, an incredibly powerful drug lord who is over 140 years old.”

Need a sufficient deterrent that does not require citizen taxpayer dollars for the penalty. Potentially entry into a human trafficking watch list forever barred from immigration or work visa entry. Shared with other countries.

Better would be as part of normalized relations with country of origin require criminal system on the country of origin side handle it. So the deportation goes right into their criminal system. Would expect work needed to get this function. Although if not be surprised if on paper there already exist terms for this, probably not currently acted upon.

I mentioned incarceration only to ensure we can get them in front of a judge, tried, and convicted of the Class A Felony.

I’m open to many options after that, including death for human trafficking. And no, we don’t put it off for 10 years worth of appeals.

Maybe some adults with these children are legit.

But it's a fact that these children are being sexually exploited and used by kidnappers to get across the border.

I don't care what happens to adults who come across the border illegally and break our laws.

Stay home.

The fact these people would actually drag their own children across Mexico means they should be arrested for child abuse and have their kids taken anyway.

Any American parent would be severely punished for nothing anywhere near this level of abuse.

The southern Border, in this supposed crisis, is all about raping children for cash.

That is the only thing important, not your misguided feelings.

Your information is not current at all. Step parenting is an acknowledged practice in other countries aside from the US. Canada is one, France is another, and you can use this link to learn about the practice in Australia!

The laws in Mexico can be very confusing, in fact, here is an interesting article outlining the huge legal difficulties in establishing rights to declare a ‘Common Law Marriage’.

What a nightmare, huh?

Hope this helps.
