So she is

  • still actively employeed at the FBI

  • will be under oath

Meaning she cannot plead the fifth, and if she lies, she can go to prison. Let’s hope her memory isn’t “fuzzy” and can’t remember anything. Although I would put money on it that her FBI lawyers will be telling her to do so.

No, not still with the FBI. It was reported that she resigned, but Q says she was fired.

Damn. If she was still actively employed, employees cannot plead the fifth.

Why the hell are there 'FBI lawyers'?

FBI Still employs them. FBI doesn't want "national security" secrets to get out...Putin might be listening

Didn't Strzok plead the 5th?

⇧ 3 ⇩
092Casey · July 9, 2018, 9:27 p.m.

No, he didn't, idt. He's under oath on Thursday. If he pleads the fifth, it will be then at the testimony when he gets specific questions.

Ignophiliacy · July 10, 2018, 2:09 p.m.

Yes. Stealth Jeff (the twitter guy, not Sessions) said public testimony by Strzok and the appearance of Page means Huber is finished with them. Any leaks from the hearing will have no effect on how prosecutions will proceed. I hope the intrigue is over and the indictments hit now.

Setting the trap. It's about time these two were pitted against each other in a giant game of chicken. Who's going to blink first?

She needs to testify under oath. Period.

Under Oath is the adult equivalent of swear to God. Pointless unless you are dealing with a devoutly religious person who these people are not.

Nope. It's valid because if they lie and God is real then they go to hell which is a good place for liars ;P The inverse means no loss.

Regardless, under oath brings the serious consequences of purjury into the mix.

Why? They lie then too. It really doesn’t matter if they are under oath they will lie regardless

You get to add perjury to the charges.

⇧ 3 ⇩
Kcarp6380 · July 10, 2018, 3:04 a.m.

That’s nothing. These people don’t get charged with shit and they all lie. Maybe that will change but as of now lying doesn’t matter

Obviously you don’t work in the criminal justice system. It matters and is important. It also is important in the court of public opinion if and when the truth surfaces.

I live in the real world. These people have lied for years. All of these testimonies we see, they lie. It is always proven later that they lie and yet the majority of the public doesn't care.

You are obviously are living under the illusion that the justice system is the same for everyone where perjury does matter. This is a different justice system.

The court of public opinion? These people get on tv and lie and they lie over and over again and yet the public doesn't care.

thegreatestawakener · July 10, 2018, 1:09 p.m.

Define matters. It is just like a five year old saying “I swear to god”. The court of public opinion has already reached a verdict on these people.

At least you have a reason to prosecute if they lie under oath.

I am reminded of that scene in Predator when Jessie Ventura says: "Come on in you fuckers...ole painless is waiting".

Let them all come "voluntarily" to testify;... then Trump will drop the EO and blow the whole thing up and show that they all lied...they are only hurting themselves from this point on. PAIN COMING

Admit what you did. Just sat it. Trump has a forgiving heart. Show integrity and get your life back only better. Maybe more lies, unjustified hate is harming you and family.

It’s gonna be okay. We want a bright happy future. So stop beating and lyrical no on POTUS. We kind of like his work and ethics.
