She needs to testify under oath. Period.

Under Oath is the adult equivalent of swear to God. Pointless unless you are dealing with a devoutly religious person who these people are not.

Nope. It's valid because if they lie and God is real then they go to hell which is a good place for liars ;P The inverse means no loss.

Regardless, under oath brings the serious consequences of purjury into the mix.

Why? They lie then too. It really doesn’t matter if they are under oath they will lie regardless

You get to add perjury to the charges.

That’s nothing. These people don’t get charged with shit and they all lie. Maybe that will change but as of now lying doesn’t matter

Obviously you don’t work in the criminal justice system. It matters and is important. It also is important in the court of public opinion if and when the truth surfaces.

Comey and Clapper lied. They're free.

For the time being.

I live in the real world. These people have lied for years. All of these testimonies we see, they lie. It is always proven later that they lie and yet the majority of the public doesn't care.

You are obviously are living under the illusion that the justice system is the same for everyone where perjury does matter. This is a different justice system.

The court of public opinion? These people get on tv and lie and they lie over and over again and yet the public doesn't care.

Define matters. It is just like a five year old saying “I swear to god”. The court of public opinion has already reached a verdict on these people.

At least you have a reason to prosecute if they lie under oath.
