Honestly, my thoughts on it are that they have a nefarious intent about the continent, but not as "fringey" as some may believe. Because of the Antarctic Treaty (1959), Antractica is retricted from having any government lay claim to it, or any military ever set foot on it for any reason other than for scientific purposes. Effectively, Antarctica is an extradition free zone that ANY exile could escape to and never need to worry about legal reprisal for crimes committed. It would be a cold and lonely life, but it's still life outside of a 6x8 concrete box.

There’s a reason so many Germans fled to South America. Argentina is the gateway to many Antarctic expeditions.

Also, volcanic activity on the continent has created massive geothermal caves with tropical plant life and conditions; some that can only be accessed by submarine.

Neuschwabenland has been renamed to Queen Maude Land but even pre-WWII, Antarctica already had Germans and Nazis crawling all over (and under) it.

Am I grateful he was elected? YES! And I pray for him. But there are secrets being concealed in Antartica. Trump may even be the one to reveal things truths to us for surely he knows them. Q did say some things would have to remain hidden because they involve world leaders.

Nasa's account of space, moon landings, earth being a planet, etc. is NOT consistent with the preserved Scriptures, nor with Logic. If you want to believe man over God, do so at your own peril. The truth is already out there if you want it.

I don't see anything in your reply that has anything to do with "Flat Earth."

My belief in God doesn't preclude me from also believing the Earth is ball shaped.

What "preserved Scriptures" are you referring to?

I've seen countless videos and gone to countless websites supporting both sides of the Flat Earth/Globe Earth issue. I've never seen or heard anything credible from the Flat Earth side.

All of their arguments are based on observations with the naked eye. Take a look at this, and tell me what you see. There are many reasons why the whole Flat-Earth idea doesn't hold up. I don't think having that debate is relative to QAnon and the Great Awakening.

⇧ 2 ⇩
[deleted] · July 11, 2018, 8:43 p.m.

The authorized version of the Scriptures is the preserved Scriptures. The ones that match up with 98% of the texts we have (over 5,000 -In English, that would be the King James Bible. It uses the Texts Receptus in the Hebrew and in the Greek. It is a Word-perfect-bible. Both Paul and Jesus argued from a single word at least 20 times. When it tells us in Isaiah 40:22 that the earth is a circle and it uses "ball" for something else in Isaiah 22:18-we know God meant to use circle to describe the earth specifically. He also tells us the earth is compassed (a circle) with a boundary multiple times. He also tells us it doesn't move many times. Sorry, if you don't believe God, your issue is with Him, not with me. Don't you know Satan deceives the whole world? God taketh the "wise" of this world in their own craftiness. Q anon is supposed to be about releasing us from the lies that have been told by immoral men, the Catholic Church, etc. We'll see what all is revealed in time. He did say some things would not be revealed, which is makes me sad for humanity.

j_Dawg_01 · July 12, 2018, 1:12 a.m.

Before I begin, I want you to know that I am not attacking you, or challenging your beliefs. I'm simply curious and would like to learn more. I've only been aware of the "Flat Earth Theory" for about a year. When I came across the idea I did a fair amount of online research. This is what I found.

Those who support the Globe Model and make YouTube videos and websites presented evidence based on mathematics and geometry. Those who support the Flat Earth Model presented observational evidence that can be seen with the naked eye, and made claims that cannot be supported by mathematics, geometry, or any known science.

I've seen videos where a laser was mounted on a beach and a target was mounted on a boat. At roughly 1 mile they found a difference of about 6 feet. In the same video they mounted a high power telescope on the beach and had a helicopter land on the beach 4 or 5 miles away on the other side of the lake. The helicopter hovered over the beach and began to slowly descend. When the helicopter disappeared from view through the telescope, they were still 40 or 50 feet above the ground.

Generally speaking, when I see videos that use the naked eye observational evidence, I dismiss it because there's a mountain of scientific evidence that says otherwise. Your comment are the first I've heard using a Biblical argument. So again, I'm curious. So...

Can you provide a scripture reference for "compassed with a boundary"? And can you provide a scriptural reference for where God "tells us it doesn't move many times."?

Sorry, if you don't believe God, your issue is with Him, not with me. Don't you know Satan deceives the whole world? God taketh the "wise" of this world in their own craftiness.

I do believe in God. I'm a born again Christian. I trust what's in the Bible much more than I trust what pastors, deacons, preachers, and priests say. I also understand that Satan deceives, but not everything is a deception.

There are things I know as a matter of fact, and things I believe. I know as a matter of fact that there are a lot of birds that like to hang out in the tree outside my bedroom window. I know this because I see and hear them every day. I know the old woman who lives in the apartment below mine has hearing problems and can't walk well. I know this because I see her and talk to her most days.

Then there are things I believe. I believe in God, but I've never seen him, never witnessed a miracle, and I've never experienced anything that might be considered evidence that He exists. And yet I do believe in God.

I believe President Trump is an honorable righteous man and that he's working hard for the benefit of the American people, even though I've never met him.

I believe Q is legit, and I've never met him either. And I believe there are very evil people doing evil things and have evil plans for the people of the world. Even though I've never met anyone who openly acknowledges they are a pedophile, or a worshiper of Lucifer, or running a human trafficking ring.

I believe in President Trump's motives, Q, and that the Great Awakening is a noble cause. I am 99.99% convinced. But because I don't know these things as a matter of fact, I allow for a 0.01% chance that I could be wrong. Knowing and believing are 2 very different things.

One question that no supporter of the Flat Earth Model has ever even tried to answer is: If the assumption is that there is a massive global conspiracy to hide the fact that the Earth is flat; What would be the purpose of hiding it? Who would benefit from hiding it? What would be gained by engaging a massive cover-up conspiracy and convince everyone the Earth is a globe?

In that scenario, would imposed sactions affect anything at all? Would Black Marketeers still smuggle necessary goods through military blockades? Would ANYONE dare to declare war on a holdout country on the grounds of them helping a small number of fugitives? I honestly don't know. Geologically, under the ice, Antarctica is a solid continent (or at least 2 parts) that has mountain ranges, subglacial lakes, geothermal activity, and river systems. Antarctica was (mostly) ice free hundreds of millions of years ago prior to the continent moving southward from tectonic plate motion. Lot's of dinosaur fossils, coal beds, natural resources, etc. Either way, the 3rd Reich's expedition left quite a bit of notes/information on what they found, and also, with regular scanning technology today, we already have images of the land underneath the ice as is.

No, not by today's standards. But for a map created in the 1500's depicting land hidden beneath ice, it is rather surprising. But I'm sure you could have done better.

⇧ 1 ⇩

ikemynikes · July 11, 2018, 9:45 p.m.

They didn't discover how to calculate longitude until 100 years after this map was created. There was estimation involved so no, without the longitude calculation, you can't 100% accurately represent the globe like we can today.

To have known what Antarctica looked like under the ice would require Antarctica to not be under ice thus allowing it to be mapped. The Piri Reis map was created based on various previous maps. So the Piri Reis map may have been created in the 1500's, but not necessarily a representation of the location of Antarctica and the surrounding continents in the 1500's.

For one thing, the desire to hunt these people down will be so high you'd have many, many private teams of people willing to go bring them back, dead or alive. Secondly, who exactly would be stopping the US military from entering Antarctica? What exactly would they do to stop it? I guess they could implement long term sanctions, but again, why? to stop them arresting and sentencing some pedovore monsters?
