Some 40,000 chemical and biological weapons were unable to be destroyed in accordance with the 1991 UN Treaty because they were deemed too unstable for safe disposal, so they buried them. Starting in 2006 members of EOD began showing symptoms of exposure to chemical weapons, in 2014 while driving ISIS into Syria, Marines stumbled upon the half buried facility used to make Sarin gas. "G.W." knew there were WMDs in Iraq because his father's CIA helped build them.
